I want to thank you for your interest in the Greater Columbia area and surrounding towns.

My husband and I transferred to South Carolina in 1988. Originally natives of Atlanta, we moved to Hilton Head, SC and from there to Columbia three years later.

Upon relocation to Columbia, we were disappointed by the level of response to our needs.  Realtors seemed more interested in fitting us to the house rather than the house to us.  Because of this apparent problem, I decided residential real estate would present a challenging and fulfilling career path.  I have now been in business since 1992, and have been one of the most successful agents in transferring new residents and finding new homes for Columbia natives. 

I understand the anxiety and excitement in moving to a new town.  I appreciate the difficulty involved in leaving the familiar and establishing yourself in a new community.  I specialize in the transfer process allowing you to concentrate on planning your new job and future!
